The room comes furnished with a bed & completely unused mattress, chest of drawers, bedside drawers and a hung mirror, all visible in photos. All bills included.

The house is in the village of Whiston, which is within easy commute of Sheffield, Rotherham and Doncaster. There is on-street parking available outside.

I am the only resident, and a working professional - my job can often involve being away for work, but also working from home. I’m 28 and spend most weekends out walking in the Peak District. I currently occasionally dog sit in the house so someone okay with animals would be preferable, but absolutely not essential and this is something I’d be happy to discuss.
