Looking for someone to replace me in a great flat, in the heart of Camden - a stones throw from Mornington Crescent station, you will be within walking distance of all the great bars (now they're open) and attractions Camden and surrounding areas have to offer.

You would be renting one bedroom in an apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen.

Kitchen comes fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and an oven - all just over 6 months old.

You would be sharing your home with one male and female, both working full-time, 9-5.

The house is a healthy balance of sociable and respectful. Enjoying drinks, dinners and chats together whilst respecting the need for 'me time' and life outside the house!

The room benefits from a built-in wardrobe for extra storage & gets the sun from midday onwards. The window is double glazed so cooler in summer and warmer in the winter & with the window shut, quiet!

The desk, chair and bedside table are mine and will be leaving with me. All the the other furnishings will be staying - double bed and matress, chest of draws & wardrobe

Another benefit of the home is a small outdoor area. Whilst I wouldn't go as far as to call it a balcony - It is relatively private, spacious and you're able to get out and sunbathe (when the weather permits!).

Plenty of general storage for suitcases and larger items you don't need for a while.
