Looking for someone to take over my room in a 3 bed / 2 bath flat in St John’s Wood. The room is available from 1 June for a three-month tenancy.

It’s a really comfortable, well-kept place in a quiet area, but still close to everything you need – easy to get into central London and plenty of shops and cafés nearby. Rent is £1128 per month.

You’d be living with three mid-20s professionals (two are a couple) – everyone is friendly and easygoing, and it’s a pretty relaxed home.
