Double room for £900pcm plus bills. Bills are extremely cheap. The room is cosy, comes furnished with a double mattress, bed frame, a wardrobe, two chest of drawers, a desk and a desk chair. The room is on the top floor of the two-storey flat and the window faces north!

The Flat:

The flat is incredibly well located:
- 30 seconds walk from Camden Road overground station.
- 7 minutes walk from Camden Town underground station (Northern line!)
- Bus stop across the road (29) connecting to wood green, tottenham court rd and everything in between!

The flat is a fully furnished 3 bed 1 bath. This includes an open plan living room and kitchen with washing machine, oven, fridge, couches, dining table.

The Housemates:

The flat comes with 2 friendly, fun and laid-back housemates (22 & 24yo). One of them works full time in architecture and the other is completing their masters full-time so are pretty busy during the week.

We are looking for someone to take over my room from the 2nd of June and sign onto the lease. The lease expires in September but there will likely be the option to extend.
