A room is available for 3 months to 12 months from the beginning of March in our cosy Victorian flat located near the beautiful Little Venice canal, just 5 minutes from Paddington and less than 10 minutes from Warwick Avenue or Edgware Road. The price is £950 + approx £120-150 for bills.

The flat is shared with 3 lovely flatmates in their thirties: an English teacher, a Hong Kong consultant and a Spanish consultant. Everyone is easy-going and respectful of others. The flatmates enjoy sharing a meal and watching television together from time to time, while respecting each other's space and privacy.

In your room, you will have a double bed, a desk and a large wardrobe. The room is very quiet as it overlooks a courtyard.

The flat is equipped with fast Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom and two toilets (shared between two people). A cleaner comes every week to clean the entire flat.
