I am looking for someone to move into my room in a 3 bedroom basement flat in Fulham, SW6 1SH. I am moving out on the 12th of July and the contract ends at the end of August, so the room will be available for approx. 1.5 months. Location is very convenient in zone 2, closest tube stop is West Brompton, which is a 7 minute walk away, but Fulham Broadway is also quite close, with a less than 15-minute walking distance. Approximately 5 minutes away is also North End Road, with a gym, Iceland, Poundland, and a Co-Op, as well as many restaurants and smaller shops. Since all 3 of the current tenants are students, there will be no council tax, Wi-Fi and electricity are also included. The only bills that are not included are gas and water. The flat has 3 furnished bedrooms, a kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, a toilet and a small garden that can be accessed from one of the other bedrooms.
