I'm the current flatmate and will be moving out by late August (possibly earlier, we can arrange details).

There is good sound insulation between the bedrooms so the flat is very peaceful and chill. The flatmate is seeking someone who is also fairly quiet/calm, and generally minimal hosting visitors or big parties.

You will have your own bathroom across the hall with a full shower/tub, and shared kitchen and living space in the front of the flat. The kitchen has laundry machine and dishwasher in-unit, and the current flatmate has a full range of appliances already. All the spaces are furnished and clean/tasteful, and the current flatmate is super respectful and friendly.

This flat is ideally located, literally a 5 minute walk from Earl's Court station. The big Tesco is a short walk away, with tons of shops, restaurants, and supermarkets right around the corner on the high street. This is an ideal spot for a student or professional in central London, and is well-connected by bus and tube.
