I have a clean and cute room available that looks out onto back gardens, is quiet and has morning sun.

There are 3 built-in wardrobes and 2 overhead storage cupboards plus a dresser with 3 drawers.

The bedframe, mattress topper, pillows and duvet are all almost brand new. I can provide one set of sheets, but not towels. The walls were recently painted and has a new blackout blind plus new curtains. The door is lockable.

You'll share the one bathroom with me (shower only). Shared open-plan living/dining/kitchen area.

I'm just off the end of Hammersmith Road where it meets High street Kensington. There are 3 tube stations nearby - 7 mins to West Kensington for District, 10 mins to Barons Court for Piccadilly and 15 mins to High St Kensington for the circle line. There's an overground station 5 mins walk- Kensington Olympia. (you could even walk 20mins to Shepherds Bush for the Central line.)
There's buses 9, 27, 28 and 306 all a very quick walk away..

No party people please :)
And it'd be preferable if you didn't work from home if possible :)
I'd be grateful if you didn't eat in the bedroom, preferably you won't shut yourself into your room all the time either. There's a dining table or a coffee table to eat at. I'd very much like to sit together in the living room occasionally or even share a meal some times and generally just have a nice rapport.

I've ticked a box stating a 3 month minimum period. Please be prepared to discuss that. Notice period 4 weeks at least please.
