Located on the lower ground floor with a spacious and modern living room/kitchen. There is also a modern bathroom with shower over the bath.
Patio and well maintained communal garden to the rear of the flat. Despite being on a main road the flat is very quiet especially at night!

Location-
The apartment is located on Queenstown Road, a ten minute walk to Queenstown road station and 20 minute walk to Clapham junction. Battersea Park is approximately 15 mins walk away. There is also a bus stop just outside the flat.
Bills are not included but usually come to around 120 each!

I’m Lucy, current flat mate, I’m a nurse working at St George’s Hospital mainly working shifts so I’m often leaving home early in the morning and getting back late! Outside of work I love going to the gym/telling myself I will get up early and go to the gym, I love all things theatre and cinema and experimenting with cocktails in my ninja bullet that I definitely bought to make smoothies. I would love to find someone that is clean and tidy and that would like to share a glass of wine over a tv series. Pets are also 100% welcome!!!
