Location: We’re in Earl’s Court, literally 2 minutes from Earl’s Court Station (District + Piccadilly lines) and 2 minutes from West Brompton (Overground + District). You honestly cannot beat the transport links.

• Amazing for hosting
• Has a private patio that is perfect in the summer (comes with a bbq grill, seating area and a heater for the winter)
• Very cosy and homely vibe

Rent: £1,465 per month
Bills: £40–£60 depending on the month also depending on if you are a student as I don’t pay council tax currently
Move-in: start of March
