Im Sam, I live in a small three bedroom flat with my mum and currently have a small, spacious bedroom available for rent.

The rent is quite low as there are some cons that come with living in this property. My mum is disabled so we have carers who come in and out of the property three times a day, so It can get chaotic in here. Its also to note that when it comes to washing clothes, you will need to get it done in the laundrette if the washing machine is not free, as a lot of washing is done in this house, but Sundays there is usually space in the evenings :). We also have a tumble dryer and a cleaner that comes once a week on a Tuesday, if you want your room cleaned it will be an additional £50PCM.

We also have a pet in the house called Pablo, he is a 5 yr old Jack Russell and we all come as one package deal.

You will have access to the kitchen and bathroom, as well as stove etc and the room I am happy for you to decorate any way you would like!

We also have a large garden with egg chairs if that tickles your fancy ;)
