We are moving out of our current house as we are moving into a one bed flat. We are looking for a couple (or an individual) to take on our room.

The room is £1370 including bill and is a generous space with lots of storage. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

For full transparency, the house is going through a sale and, therefore, is only available for 4 months when you he notice is triggered.

Currently the notice has not been triggered so as it stands it would be available for a minimum or 4-5 months.
