A double room in a three-bed flat on a council block, a few mins walk from Battersea Park. It's on the ground floor so the room overlooks our big patio garden!

Some furniture can stay in the room - the bed, mattress, headboard storage and white wardrobe will be available to whoever moves in.

Decent sized kitchen with loads of surface space, + washing machine and dishwasher.

The lounge is kitted out with a killer movie-watching setup and the flat has plenty of windows to let all of the natural light in. There's both an upstairs bathroom with shower and a downstairs toilet.

This is a friendly and chilled flat. We're friends who have been sharing this place for a while, and we both work pretty hard - Joe is a TV editor and Dee is in events - so it's a nice space to unwind at the end of the day but we're very partial to a pub quiz or a gig night.

We're looking for looking for someone who wants a relaxed and respectful house- we enjoy our own space and understand that other people do too, but we’re very sociable.
