Our current flatmate has decided to apply for a degree so is he is looking to move out of London,
The room is in a 3 bed flat on Harwood Road right by Fulham Broadway. We’re a 3 minute walk to Fulham Broadway Station, 2 minute walk to Eel Brook Common and 5 minute walk to Parsons Green.

Myself (28, M) and my other flat mate (29, F) are friendly and are very clean and tidy. We’re sociable, love a Sunday roast and also chill. I’m 29, male and work in Capital Investment in Chelsea and the other is 29 female and works in the education sector.

Rent will be £1,083 per person per month and INCLUDES rent + council tax + water + wifi.

The rent Excludes gas and electricity which we pay separately.

The room is huge and has its own lounge area, and a private en-suite.

We’re direct with the landlord (No agents) and they’re friendly and helpful.

The current lease runs until 25 October 2026, with a preference to swap in for the new tenant to expiry (TBC if we’ll renew).
