You'll be part of a three bedroom flat share. The specific room available is the Small Double Room listed on the pictures - specifically picture number 8. The rooms is not massive but it is big enough to have a nice double bed and a decent size buit in wardrobe. If you're looking for a permanent WFH room, this is probably not for you. With a desk the room would be a little cramped. This room is much more suitable for someone who's working elsewhere and is coming home to enjoy the communal areas with the flatmates and use the room as private sleeping space.
No parties or loud music. This is a peaceful quiet building. If you're looking to host parties or you're a bit of a party animal this is not the flat for you. Clean, tidy respectful people give us a shout!
Friendly private landlord. Current flat mates are two lovely professional females, one from the UK and one from Japan.
All bills included.
You'll be joining a standard Periodic Tenancy Agreement. 1 month's deposit protected by the Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme.
It's a lovely flat in a superb location with lovely friendly flat mates with access to the wonderful private garden square.
