Lovely double available in a spacious flat opposite Clapham junction station. The flat is modern and spacious and the bedroom has plenty of storage with built in wardrobes. The building is gated with a concierge, sauna and pool and you’ll have use of a parking space.
The flat is super well located and connected.
It’s a 3 min walk to Clapham junction station where you can get to trains to Victoria and Waterloo in under 10 mins as well as the overground. Lidl and Asda are a 5 min walk away, as is Northcote Road. Battersea park and power station are easily accessible by bus or walking.
You’d be sharing the flat with Tom (32) who works at Lululemon in merchandising (he has a great staff discount!) and is super laid back. I’ve really enjoyed living with him and am only moving out to live with my partner.
Rent is £1050 per month and bills come to £150 per month.
