The building is called The Lark. This is honestly an incredible flat in the best area.

You'll be living with me and Anais. I'm 27, work in financial services and study law. Anais is 25 and works in social media management. We're looking for a sociable flatmate who wants to be friends, who is clean and tidy, easygoing, but respectful of people's space.

No couples or short-term sublets. ideally someone who works in the office a few days a week :)

Bills are approx £100 per month.

The room is available from 1st July as that's when our tenancy renews.
