 £1050 and very cheap bills (we get free heat, council tax and water are about £25 per person per month, and WiFi £9 each, elec is on a metre - about £20 a week to fill up and we take turns)

 You’ll be living with me (Josh) and John. I run a coffee shop so never WFHs, and John is a Consultant for Mott MacDonald, hybrid working. we are very relaxed guys who love chilling in the flat with some beers and card games, watching sports, playing tennis/football etc, and going pub/a nice walk.

The room comes with a double bed, mattress, big mirrored wardrobe, and the blinds. lovely room, can send more photos on request but its a honestly a great room for around a 1000 by CJ rare to find
