I have a modern double bedroom with a private bathroom available in Wandsworth. Having spent most of my life renting, I know how stressful it can be and how important having a place to call home is. I have rented out rooms at my previous home and do my best so you feel it’s your space to enjoy too.

The Space:
• Your Room: Double bed, built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, dressing table (can swap for office desk), and chair.
• Your Bathroom: Private use of the main bathroom directly next to your room, featuring a rainfall shower/bath.
• Privacy: Our bedrooms are on opposite sides of the flat.
• The Flat: Open-plan living/kitchen with an 8-seater dining table (great for hosting) and a south-facing balcony with views over South London.

Location:
Right behind Wandsworth Town Station (get to Waterloo in 15 mins). Please do check you are happy with the proximity before enquiring.

Old York Road is on your doorstep with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and a sauna just down the road.

About Me:
I work in Higher Education Operations (in-office 2/3 days a week). I like to keep active, partake in yin yoga, play chess, and listen to blues music. I’m out exploring most evenings and weekends having just moved back to London. I also travel for 6–8 weeks of the year.


About You:
I'm looking for someone tidy, positive, and chill. Whether you prefer having your own space or would love to cook weekend brunch and do movie nights together, I’m easy—as long as we both feel the living experience would be positive after meeting.

The Essentials:
• Term: Minimum 6 months, preferably long-term. Happy to give you a fixed agreement for security or a rolling agreement for flexibility to see if it’s right for you.
• Start Date: Ideally between 18th March – 11th April.
