It is a good sized two bed, two bath lower ground floor flat with a private terrace leading to private communal gardens.

The flat is spacious with wooden floors and high ceilings. There is a large sitting room-dining room with tv and dining table for eight. There is a well equipped kitchen with marble top surfaces, a double oven, microwave, full size fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher.

The flat is two minutes walk from Kensington Olympia station, 15 minutes walk from High Street Kensington, Shepherds Bush, and West Kensington Stations.

I have a three year old handsome gray cat called Bento who you may need to share the room with from time to time…

I am 35, and I work in aviation. I leave the house at seven most mornings, and return around seven in the evening. I also travel regularly for work, so you would have a fair amount of privacy or even time with the flat to your self.

Preferably I am looking for someone who needs somewhere to simply put their head down during the week. I work from home sometimes so there is no ability to use the flat to work from home as well.

All bills and regular cleaner included. There is no parking available I’m afraid. Happy to do physical and/or video viewings.
