Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room from 4 January (flexible) until 8 March. I’m moving in with a friend, but I’ve lived here for over a year and genuinely love the flat and the area — so I’m hoping to find someone who’ll enjoy it just as much.

£1,015 per month + Bills fixed at £98 per month (includes everything)

You’ll be sharing with a mix of professionals and Masters students. Everyone is super respectful, tidy, and easy to live with.
