Hey, I am Lisa and I am looking for a flatmate for the lovely furnished flat I am currently renting. The mattress, blanket and pillows are included, just not in the picture.

I am 30, originally from Germany and I have been living in London for 2.5 years. My current flatmate is moving together with his girlfriend, so I am looking for somebody new to move in ideally January 24, 2026.

I work in finance/VC and I am traveling a lot for work, so I am living in the smaller room and I am renting out the big room at the LG of the flat.

Each person has their own bathroom including shower and we share the kitchen/dining area and garden.

I work from home/kitchen area usually Mo/Tu/Fr if I am not traveling.

The flat is quiet and the highlight is definitely the garden, which serves as a living room in the summer.

The flat is super close to great restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Earl’s court Station (Piccadilly, District line) and West Brompton Station (overground) are just around the corner. It is very convenient to travel to Heathrow and there are also lots of buses to the city.
15 min to the south and you hit the Thames, if you are into running/cycling.

Additional monthly costs (council, water, gas, electricity) usually are about: GBP 100-180. Those prices can change and vary depending on the providers. So you might end up around 1500 per month.
