Hi there,

I am renting a 2 double bedroom (both en-suite) flat in Chelsea. The flat is currently getting minor renovations and furniture changed so I don’t have pictures just yet. It is on the lower ground floor of a very secure building and has a cute private courtyard.

Rent is ~£1350 p/month + bills which is estimated to be around £100-150.

I am looking to share with someone who is professional, clean, social and open to sharing the place as our home.
