Cozy, furnished single room in Earls Court/Kensington available from 10 November to 25 January, with dates flexible.

I’m an actor heading away on tour and am looking for someone to sublet my room while I’m away.

The flat is clean, quiet, and friendly, with a living room, dishwasher, and washing machine. We have a cleaner who comes twice a month.

You’d be living with three friendly, laid-back guys: one works in PR, one has just finished a degree in Architecture, and one works in Hospitality. It’s a respectful and LGBTQ friendly household.

The room is £750 a month, all bills included.

The location is great, with about a 10-minute walk to both Earls Court and Kensington Olympia stations. Holland Park and Kensington Gardens are both within walking distance, as is Kensington High Street. There’s also a large Tesco Superstore nearby.

Looking for someone friendly, respectful, and tidy. Dates are flexible, so feel free to get in touch if you’re interested or have any questions!
