Looking for a flatmate for a 1 year contract starting from 29th of September. The room will be ~ 1300 GBP per month (excluding bills). The flat is in South Kensington, about 5 minutes walk from Imperial College/ Royal College of Music/ Royal College of Art/ Natural History Museum/ Royal Albert Hall and V&A. 10 minutes walk to Kensington Palace & Hyde Park and 2 minutes walk to Gloucester road tube station.
This room is about 8.4 square metres in size. This flat is for 4 people and we already have 3 flatmates, which includes a couple.
The current flatmates are all students. Bills are around 1500 per year per person.
Note the bedroom was converted and have limited access to natural light and is cheaper than the other rooms.
