Point West is a fantastic location in SW7 London close to Tube station and is a 24/7 portered block. I am the landlady and I live on the property. I m looking for a female Lodger.
The double bedroom benefits from an en suite bathroom with bath and shower. The Lodger is allowed to use the Kitchen, oven/cooker, washing machine dish washer the dining room which is part of the Living Room.

I am offering a luxury residential room en suite for the price of 370 per week bill included with free internet a flat in the prestigeous building of Point West in SW7 with a 24/7 consierge.
Although may sound expensive, for the value of this location the price is very cheap as this 2 bed FLAT is valued 4300 pounds per months bills not included.
The Imperial college is 12 minutes walk or 1 tube station stop, the underground Piccadilly line Gloucester rd and Earls Court are 4 and 8 minutes walk.

Guest are not allowed day time or night time unless for rare occasions when permission may be granted.

Security in this building is very high and a lodger will feel safe. Your delivery parcels or anything that is too big to go through the mail box will be hold at the 24/7 reception ready for you to collect whenever you will have the time.
It's s very safe, nothing will be left outside the door unattended.

The lodger will be provided with a key fob to open the doors to the stairs and lifts, 2 keys for the front door of the flat and onr key for the room door.
