Looking for a flatmate for a 1 year contract starting from 29th of September 2026. The room will be ~ 1300 GBP per month (excluding bills). The flat is in South Kensington, about 5 minutes walk from Imperial campus. There are two bathrooms, no living room and a kitchen. This room is about 8.4 square metres in size.
This flat is for 4 people and we already have 3 flatmates, which includes a couple. We are looking for someone who values a clean home.
The current flatmates are all students, and we need someone who can commit to signing the contract in 4 weeks time (first three months of payment is due upon signing the contract!) Bills are around 50-60 pounds a month.
Note the room was converted and have limited access to natural light and is cheaper than the other rooms.
