There is also a nice modern bathroom down the corridor from the bedroom it has a large shower and a bath tub. You would be living with me (34 years old) and my brother (32)who are very chilled and looking for a nice housemate to share the house with.

The price would be £1450 pcm which includes all bills and a cleaner once every two week.

There are plenty of public transport links nearby. Shepherds Bush Market Underground Station is a 3-minute walk from the house and is served by the Hammersmith and City and Circle line, while Shepherd's Bush runs Central Line, London Overground and Southern Rail services.

The location of the house is also really good for transport links as the tube line is very close and Notting Hill is two stops away or you can walk about 15 mins or so.

For road transport, there are quick links to the A40 and M4 west.

Heathrow can be reached in under 30 minutes by car.
