Hello, we're looking for a lodger for the spacious south-facing self-contained top floor within our beautiful family home situated at the end of a quiet, leafy cul-de-sac in Shepherd's Bush.
The bedroom has a double Savoir bed and the spacious en-suite bathroom with large window and roof-top views, has a roll top bath with shower fittings, standalone basin, loo and plenty of room to hang clothes to dry. There is an adjoining study room with kitchenette also for solo use.
The peaceful and light-filled double bedroom has a desk and plenty of storage along with a clothes hanging area. This is ideal for a working professional who'd appreciate a semi self-contained flat Monday to Friday in London. All amenities and bills are included. The home has 2 drawing rooms one with television and piano and a spacious kitchen and dining room that leads out to a paved garden with table, chairs and a hammock.
I work as a PR and interior design consultant and you'd also be sharing our home with my busy 14 year old daughter and a scientist conducting a research project at Imperial College. Whilst I work from home on weekdays, I’m out and about for meetings with my daughter out at school too. No regular overnight guests.
The open plan kitchen and dining area is a great size with French doors leading in to a bijou paved garden with outdoor table and chairs as well as a hammock.
There are 2 drawing rooms - one with a piano and one with a TV which has Netflix and the usual catch up channels available.

Situated in an excellent location at the end of an exceptionally quiet cul-de-sac yet a stone's throw away from the Uxbridge Road famed for its great restaurants and food markets.

10 minutes walk to Shepherd's Bush Market station (district line)
15 mins walk to Shepherds Bush station (Central line - you can be in Oxford Circus within 20/25 mins door to door & the Overground - you can be at Clapham Junction in 15 minutes)
5 minute walk to the Askew Road which has The Ginger Pig deli, Gail’s bakery, an organic grocery store, dry cleaners, hardware store and supermarkets. There are a couple of independent boutique shops too.
20 minute walk to Hammersmith station (Piccadilly / Circle and Hammersmith line)
Our home is situated close to The Princess Victoria (voted one of the top 10 eateries in London), the Anglesea Arms and other pubs are very close by which have great food.
10 min walk to Ravenscourt park (which includes a farmers market, beautiful gardening centre with gift shop and café)
There is a gym/swimming pool 15/20 mins walk away, a
local Co-Op, Tesco and Sainsbury’s.
All bills are included (water, gas, electricity, council and internet) and a cleaner comes weekly (for which there is no extra charge).
A down payment returnable deposit of one month’s rent is required.
