I’m renting out a private room in a fantastic area just a short walk from Westbourne Park Station, with great transport links and plenty of local shops, cafes, and amenities nearby.
You’ll have your own room and easy access to the bathroom. The kitchen and washing machine are also available — access is via my bedroom area, which is reflected in the discounted price.
I’m very chilled and easygoing, and I’m out most of the day, so access to the kitchen is usually straightforward. When I’m home, it’s still available most of the time, aside from late at night when I’m sleeping.
The room is priced below typical market rate for the area due to the layout, so it would suit someone respectful, considerate, and comfortable with a relaxed and friendly living arrangement.
