We are looking for two people to take over our contract (until 9th August 2023) for this lovely flat with 2 double bedrooms. One of us is relocating for work and the other moving closer to her office. We have a flexible move-in date but ideally would want someone around beginning/mid may.
- ABOUT THE FLAT:
The rooms are furnished with a double bed, big modern wardrobes, full length mirrors and desks. All furniture is from ikea and in very new condition (as the flat was fully refurbished before we moved in with new furniture).
The spacious living area/kitchen also comes fully furnished with a 3-seater sofa and small dining table. If you would like we can also leave the TV and the coat rack.
There is one bathroom for sharing with a lot of storage space and a big shower.
The flat is located on the 1st floor of a quiet building (3 flats in the building).
- LOCATION
Earl’s Court tube station is a 5/6 minutes walk where you have Piccadilly line (night tube) and District line. Also a few busy stops around with links to Central London and several Santander bike stations very close.
- RENT AND BILLS
The rent is 2166pm (so 1038pp) and the bills come up to around £170pp (including tax and wifi).
