I'm looking for a female flatmate who can share my stunning, spacious and bright two bedroom flat situated on the first floor of a block with direct lift access and a porter in Bayswater. The room available is south facing benefitting from an abundance of natural light throughout, beautifully presented with a spacious area and lovely plants. You will have your own kitchen and bathroom. We share only the shower as my room has an en-suite toilet and kitchen.

The flat is in good condition throughout with a contemporary design and tucked away from the main road so it's quiet, safe, and peaceful. The flat is also fitted with wooden flooring, double-glazing and central-heating.

Situated close to excellent amenities and transport links which include Queensway (Central), Bayswater (Disctrict, Circle), Royal Oak (Hammersmith & City, Circle) and Paddington Mainline which has Crossrail. The property is also located within close proximity to the Whiteleys regeneration project and Hyde Park.

The rent includes all the bills except the energy bill which we share depending on our usage.

I prefer having a quiet and introvert flatmate.

About me -

I am currently studying acupuncture in the second year. I also play the piano from time to time.

I will be in college on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays and then have a part-time job for the rest of the week so I may not be around all the time.
