Located just off the main road in Tyburnia, I was incredibly lucky to find this flat 5 years when I first moved to London to start my career as doctor. It is a raised ground floor flat, has its own main entrance that opens onto a quiet road and benefits from two large bedrooms that are spaced far apart enough to afford each person near total privacy (especially the one at the rear, which is up for grabs). We are a stones-throw from Hyde Park and next to both Lancaster Gate and Paddington Station. You can get to most parts of London with ease.

The person you will be replacing is one of my closest friends. We have shared many memories and run countless early morning loops of Hyde Park together.

I am placing this advert out to see if anyone likeminded is willing to move in with me. As a flat mate, I am barely around. My hours are irregular (day at night). If you are an early riser (my last flat mate, would be up between 430 to 530 on most days) or late to go to bed, doesn't bother me. Somebody ambitious, focused, communicative would be the ideal fit. I'm a Cambridge grad and sociable.

Our living mindset has always been functional. We are here to facilitate our goals. The flat is not a past time of ours. We keep it clean and tidy, but a homebody is probably not the best fit. We have previously had a turbo set up in the hall for athletic events and frequently have guests stay over.

Internationals are welcome. I am part German and have family in Switzerland.

You will benefit from an en-suite bathroom. The property is about 90sqm in size total.
