Hello! I'm looking for a flatmate for a 2 bed + 2-bath lower-ground flat in Earl's Court to move in on November 11th (earlier date can also be negotiated). Because the other bedroom has an ensuite, you will have the main bathroom to yourself!

It has an incredibly spacious living room with a small private backyard space. We have a washer and dryer as well.

The street is quiet, beautiful and safe!

There is a bus stop at the end of the street which can get you loads of places. We are a 3-minute walk from Earls Court station and less than 10 minutes from a huge Tesco, M&S, Sainsbury's, Co-op, and medical centre/pharmacy.

Your roommate, Celina, is 25 and originally from Canada, and works in the creative industries as a writer, photographer, and artist. She is lovely, kind, quiet, and clean. The flat is very much a place to relax and wind down rather than a party flat.

The bedroom comes furnished with the bed and plenty of built-in storage, but I am open to selling the desk and chair if you are interested.

Must have an annual salary of 30x the rent (37,000) or must be able to provide a uk guarantor and proof of savings.
