Looking for someone to take over my contract from July / August / September (flexible) to April 7th as I am sadly leaving my room in this beautiful flat between South kensington and Knightsbridge. The area is gorgeous and super well connected to all parts of the city, and very close to Hyde Park.

Two other room-mates, women aged 25-28, both working in finance.

Plenty of grocery stores and shopping spots nearby, close to Sloane Square and Pavillion Road. Located in one of the most beautiful areas of London.

The kitchen is modern and spacious, the flat had high ceilings and a modern finish.

Super agreeable landlords.

Bills are not included but typically <60 pcm.

Deposit is 2,000 but I could not enter this in the ad.
