I have lived in this beautiful property for the past 15 years, and it has a really calm, positive energy. I’m friendly, easy-going, genuine and fair and I’m looking for someone similar to share the space.

The room is a newly refurbished, self-contained basement bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom and fridge. It’s currently quite minimal, so you can make it your own to settle in comfortably.

The Victorian house itself is spacious, well maintained and has full security, with a separate entrance from the main building via a private front courtyard. It’s set on a lovely tree-lined street and just a 3-minute walk to Earl’s Court station (Warwick Road), so it’s both peaceful and very convenient.

I’m looking for someone clean, tidy and easy-going who will treat the home with care and enjoy a relaxed, peaceful environment. A cat lover would be ideal, as there are two lovely indoor/outdoor cats here.

This would suit someone responsible and considerate, looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live. Cooking is absolutely fine.
