AVAILABLE JAN 1. The flat is a cozy, top-floor spot with plenty of natural light in all the rooms, a washer/dryer and shared garden, located about a five minute walk from Queens Park. It takes me about 10 minutes to get from the flat to the the city centre, as the Mount Florida ScotRail station is just outside the door.
I'm a 25 year old postgraduate student at the Royal Conservatoire (studying theater directing), and I'm looking for someone who's responsible, considerate, and that I can get along with. **Most importantly** you need to love dogs, as I live with my dog, Luna and she will want to be your friend.
