🔎 Looking for: a friendly and fairly clean flatmate to get along with. Someone who doesn't work from home, and who doesn't mind me working from home. Strongly prefer internationals/foreigners, or at least culturally open-minded people. Also prefer working professionals or postgraduate students. You have to meet the letting agency's financial requirements, so you either need a guarantor, references, or to pay rent in 6 month chunks. I have an ensuite bathroom so there's no strong gender preference.
