I'm looking for a flatmate as my current one will be leaving soon! I have a south-facing double bedroom available from March.
The room is furnished with a built-in wardrobe with sliding doors, a double bed, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables. The room has an area of 3x3.5m not including the wardrobe. Please note that the tv is not included.


The flat is located on the first floor and has shared:
-fully equipped kitchen with dining (currently no toaster or microwave, there is a kettle & air fryer)
-furnished living room
-1 bathroom with a bath/shower
-2 storage rooms

There are bus links that go from directly outside the flat into the city centre e. g. George Square in under 15 minutes. By foot it is 30 minutes. There are multiple shops and pharmacies within a 10-min walk including Aldi, Co-op, Iceland and B&M.

The flat is cosy with many of my plants. I like being at home and I spend the majority of my of time in the living room studying or hanging out. I'm looking for a long-term flatmate that I can hang out with! Board game or movie nights would be epic.
For that reason I will only accept serious enquiries from women looking for a home and a new friend. I'd love to get to know you and would prefer a few meet-ups to find the right person.

Bills are around £55/month for gas, electricity and Wi-Fi.
The flat is band C for council tax - I am ideally looking for a student to get full exemption. Please note that this is a joint tenancy arrangement and the landlord requires that tenants have a guarantor.
