Hi there! I am looking for a University of Glasgow postgraduate student to take over my room in a shared student flat. The room faces the yard behind the building so there is limited street noise and plenty of natural light during the day. There is a large desk and lots of storage space.

The flat comes fully furnished and all bills are included in the rent. The lease runs until 4 September 2026. Move in ASAP is ideal!

The other three tenants are friendly UofG postgraduates who are clean and share responsibilities nicely. The flat is a roughly 15 minute walk from the University. There is a Sainsbury's on the same street and a Lidl and Tesco both within a 10 minute walk. It is also only a couple minutes' walk from several major bus lines that connect to city centre. You can easily get to both the Kelvin Hall subway station and the Exhibition Centre train station from the flat.
