The flat is a lovely 2 bedroom flat on the 1st floor with a modern kitchen and bathroom. There is on street parking, local shops near by and close access to the motorway.

The room is unfurnished, but the bed and mattress are available to purchase for cheap.

I have put the availability as the 1st of April, but there is a possibility it could be a sooner move in date.

I am looking for someone who is easygoing, tidy/clean, sociable but also enjoys their own space.

I currently work in the NHS as an assistant psychologist, and plan to stay in Glasgow for the foreseeable.
