Looking to fill a double bedroom in a nice second floor west end flat. Great kitchen and large living room, and modern bathroom with bathroom & shower. Flat has large windows throughout and double glazing. There is a large cupboard for plenty of storage space (we both store our bikes in there ATM), and a good fridge and freezer. Otago street is nice and quiet (occasional students stumbling down it on a Friday night) and in a great spot for the rest of the west end. Close to Kelvingrove park and the river for a nice stroll.

Council tax is not included and is £132pp/pm. Heating/ electricity and broadband will be around £60pp/pm but might change a bit.

My housemate is moving out to live with his girlfriend, and while he will be missed, I'm hoping to find someone who is friendly and easygoing to replace him.

I'm a 25 yr old engineer working in Glasgow, and keen on plenty of sport and trying to get out for some hikes. I'm relatively new to Glasgow, so am trying to get out and explore the city as much as possible. I'm friendly and always up for a chat or a pint, but equally happy to give each other plenty of space. I like baking too, so there may be the occasional brownie to sweeten the deal.
