Looking for a female student or working professional to take over my fully furnished room in a 2-bedroom flat in Finnieston. The flat has large windows with a nice view of Kent Ground and is in a quiet area with good transport links.

It’s about a 20-minute walk to City Centre and Glasgow Central Station, and 7–8 minutes to Charing Cross Station. The University of Glasgow is around 20 minutes’ walk, and there’s a quick train from Charing Cross to Queen Street, then a 10-minute walk to Strathclyde.

You’ll share with a friendly PhD student. Rent is £575/month plus bills (~£70–80 split). Deposit £575.
