I am having to self-relocate with work for 6+ months, but my lovely friend Julia (24F) is moving to Glasgow in Aug from Malta and will be taking the other bedroom in the flat - we met doing project management roles on a TV show last year, so I co-sign her as practical and mature with a gorgeous creative energy (she's moving here for a theatre programme)

the home is offered fully furnished, with glowing references from previous lodgers available - deposit is 6 x weeks rent, to cover final month + additional security for anything beyond fair use with furnishings etc

the open plan living space has a great sized kitchen (fully stocked for utensils and crockery), a large dining table and a big L-shaped couch with 55 inch TV - there is also a lovely home office in one corner available for use

the other room has an ensuite, so use of the main bathroom will be primarily yours (with fair shared use of bath tub/guests having access to the toilet/etc)

the flat has super high speed internet, a brand new boiler, and benefits from being warm & cosy throughout the whole year - there is also a small internal storage room, and a number of lovely easy-care plants throughout the property

the exterior is Grade A listed and shared spaces are always kept clean by the diligent management team

ACCESSIBILITY: the building has a wide internal staircase with 24 steps - the flat itself is on one level, with the shower having a 15cm step up. bedroom side is very quiet, but living side is on main road, so some traffic noise during the day.
