Looking for a roommate! I need someone to take over my vacant room. Consists of a double bed, desk, drawer and an even bigger space in the wall for clothes or anything that can fit in there.

I don't mind you bringing over friends/family as my mum also visits from time to time during the weekends.
The living room is mostly used as a guest room, both sofas pull out into beds.

As for me, I'm pretty quiet. Most of the time I spend in my room working on whatever I'm doing in the moment. I also keep a clean living space where I usually thoroughly clean the house every week or two.

I previously lived with another student and things we t smoothly.

I'm planning to move out in about 5 years so if you plan on staying the flat can be yours.

P. S. - bills are on me (internet, gas and electricity). Also most furniture will be staying when I leave
