I have a lovely double room available in a bright, spacious flat on Wilton Street (G20 6BW) - just a 10-minute walk to Byers Road and 5-minutes to Great Western Road.

About me: I work full-time in an office. I enjoy quiet evenings and like to keep the flat a calm, relaxed place. I'm sociable and always happy to chat, but I'm not a party person.

You'll be sharing the flat with two people: me (39) and one more future tenant. The flat is generously sized (160m²) with three private bedrooms providing plenty of space and privacy for everyone. You'll have access to the living room, kitchen, utility room, and the main bathroom. (Which is shared between two people)

The West End location is fantastic - close to Byres Road, the Botanic Gardens, Cafés, and restaurants. Excellent public transport links (bus & subway 5–7 min away).
