This large comfortable room is available to rent in a large ground floor tenement flat in the Woodlands area of the West End of Glasgow. It is very near Glasgow University and Kelvingrove Park, near main transport routes including the Subway. It's in a great location with lots of shops, supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants nearby, and only a short walk to the city centre.
The room has a comfortable double bed, a large desk and chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It is 5m x 3.5m approx.

The flat also has a large dining kitchen, a large lounge, a bathroom with toilet and bath, and a separate shower room.

I am looking to rent the room to a student or professional, preferably female (ideally someone who is reasonably quiet and tidy, and keeps regular hours during the week). A non meat eater is preferred but not essential, but must like cats, as we have two!
