We have a spare room to let for short term let (due to one occupant leaving) in the heart of Glasgow university prime living. Please note this is only a short term basis until summer 2025, in exchange for a discounted rate. The 4 students living in it are all 3rd year students of a 4 year course. They are respectful, decent and hard working students so the same need only apply.
The HMO flat is let by Ritehome and the landlord is fair, reasonable and lives nearby.
You must be a student for Council Tax reasons, no pets and no smoking.
