Hi! I am looking for a flat mate to move into my flat in Woodlands near GWR / Kelvinbridge Subway. The flat is in a great location and has a private front garden which is lovely in the summer!

My friend lived with me for 3 years and recently moved to Barcelona and I have then had a short term let living with me who moves out at the start of April so am looking for someone else to take up the room!

I have a very busy job / social life but would want to have a good relationship with the person I live with so that it is a friendly atmosphere in the flat as I have always had that :)
