Hello! My flatmate is moving out of the flat towards the end of May/start of June so I'm looking for someone to move in at the beginning of June.
The flat is just off Maryhill Road, a five minute walk to Tesco, fifteen minutes to Lidl and a minute walk to the bus stop which takes you right into the city centre.
The flat itself comes partly furnished. The bedroom comes with the bed frame, mattress and the chest of drawers.
Never had any issues with the flat and neighbours have all been sound.
The WIFI and electricity come to about £90 per month and the council tax is band C - equates to £87.50 a month, unless you're a student then lucky you, you're exempt :)
I am currently working full time as a restaurant supervisor in the west end, and as a result, my schedule can change quite a bit (never too late though). In my off time, I like going to gigs, listening to music, watching the football and going for runs.
